Andrea is originally from Spokane, and has made Bellingham her home since 2002. Andrea graduated from Western Washington University with a B.A. in Communications. In July of 2006, she married local Realtor Paul Balzotti of John L. Scott Real Estate. Andrea and Paul were married at St Paul's Episcopal Church and had their wedding reception at the Hotel Bellwether. In Andrea's search for chair covers, she had to either order them on-line, or drive down to Seattle. She felt there was a need for a local service and she wanted to be able to help people with weddings and special events.
The business has grown in to a family business since then, with her Mother Tae now offering chair covers in the Greater Spokane area as well.
